A PRACTICAL APPROACH

TO RADIUM’S FUTURE

Thoughtful leadership. Responsible decisions. A strong future for Radium.

Radium is a great community, and I believe strongly in its future.

I’m running for Mayor because we have important decisions ahead about growth, housing, development, municipal spending and the future character of our community.

Those decisions should be based on good information, careful consideration of the financial consequences and, most importantly, a willingness to listen to the people affected by them.

I’m ready to listen, ask the difficult questions and work for a strong future for Radium

MY PRIORITIES

RESPONSIBLE GROWTH

Growth should strengthen Radium while respecting the character of our community. Development decisions need to be practical, well planned and based on a clear understanding of their long-term impact.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

Municipal spending should be carefully considered, transparent and focused on delivering real value to residents. Major decisions need to consider both today’s needs and their long-term financial impact.

LISTENING TO RADIUM

Good decisions start with listening. Residents deserve meaningful opportunities to be heard, clear information about the choices before Council, and confidence that their views are being considered.

PROTECT WHAT MAKES RADIUM WORK

Radium’s character, local businesses, tourism economy and quality of life are all connected. As we plan for the future, we need to protect the things that already make our community successful.

WHY I’M RUNNING

Radium is at an important point in its future. Decisions being made today about growth, housing, development and municipal spending will shape our community for years to come.

I’m running for Mayor because I believe those decisions need strong leadership, careful consideration and, above all, a willingness to listen to the people of Radium.

I believe we can move forward while protecting what makes Radium such a great place to call home.

ABOUT CRIS

Radium is home, and I care deeply about its future.

I moved permanently to Radium in 2017 after visiting the Columbia Valley for many years. My family has strong ties to the Valley, and today several generations of our family call this area home. I’ve become deeply involved in the community through business, economic development and volunteer service.

My background includes decades of experience building and managing businesses, leading organizations and working with people to solve practical problems. Today, I serve as Managing Broker of Royal LePage Rockies West Realty.

I believe experience matters — but so does listening, asking questions and being willing to challenge assumptions when something doesn’t make sense.
